I was a user of Microsoft Professional 2010 but only used MS Word and Excel. I was very impressed with Excel 2010 for the following reasons.

1. I am in charge of doing 2 sets of claims every month. These documents are 350 pages and 60 pages respectively. Excel has helped me organize these documents flawlessly in folders and subfolders.

2. The improve Paste Special has helped me a lot. I do not need for a new window to appear, clock values only and enter. The new button helped me save time.

3.Before I click on the button there is a auto apply feature which shows me the changes made before i click. It has saved me time as compared to the undo button.

4. The auto print preview feature also helps me save time. I can just view the document and apply changes i need before printing them. This helps me saves paper.

5. Pinning the file on the menu helps me search and update my files fast.

I hope in full version of Office 2010 that will be launch maybe on this year will have this tool:
1. Compatiblity to import Flash and Silverlight Presentation into Powerpoint

2. Enable user to Integrate with earlier version of Office

3. Clippy (the help character that is used in Office 2000)

4. Enable user to print PDF and XPS without downloading separate tool in Microsoft Office website.

5. Lower usage of system resource such as RAM.

6. No more ActiveX warning when using Access Database with Macro

7. Integration with Microsoft Windows Live Hotmail in Outlook without need of downloading separate tool such as Outlook Connector

8. Disable the ability to leave the product key blank when installing Office 2010. This will increase the piracy. That's all. Hope there is improvement in Office 2010

The new interface is just wonderful! Especially OneNote 2010. Everything is designed with focus on more writing space. Perfect for student on tablet PCs! Finally a greener way to take notes in class and for study! Kudos to the developers for this wonderful product!

The newest version of Microsoft Office has taken Microsoft Office 2007 and refined it, resulting in a dramatically improved product. I had installed the beta and now that I have to go back to office 2007, it makes me truly sad. I can't wait till this becomes available in retail, I will definitely be among the first to purchase this amazing product. Furthermore, the newest version is excellent in new interface, speedier, better online integration and better document management.

MS Office 2010 is simply amazing, cuts my workloads and time spent in half. Everything is just a click away and it completes automatically. Basically, I feel as if MS Office 2010 reads my mind and helps me execute what I want, even before I could think about it. I'll definitely get a genuine copy when the official version is out. Great work by the Microsoft Team.

Creating professional document is much more faster now and you got to love the Pivot. In short lot's of time saving and professional looking output. Lastly I can use my Windows Phone to control the Power Point presentation... cool

First impression, nice and simple interface. But don't let the interface fooled you, it is definitely capable of doing much more. We can now work with others on our document without meeting each other - in REAL TIME. Furthermore, we can get access to our document from just about anywhere.

We just need to post our document online, that's all. Presentation and design are much easier now, be it Visual Effect and Diagrams in Word, Video Edit and Photo Effects in PowerPoint or even Charts and Table presentation in Excel. All these can be done in a few clicks. With all these new features, we can virtually work together from anywhere. Office 2010 will revolutionize the deliverance of our work and documents, we can expect more task and documents to be done in a lesser time, with an appealing visual experience.
